Shipping Policy :
We provide free shipping for all our international customers worldwide. However, Import duties, taxes, and charges will be added according to each country’s rules and regulations. We ship your items after you have placed and confirmed your purchase. A tracking number will be provided so that you can track your order status. We use the Sri Lankan EMS (Express mail service) for all our items. It will take up to 5-10 business days to receive your items.
Payment Policy :
We only accept PayPal because it is the most secure transaction method out there. After completing the payment process, we will send an invoice confirming your purchase. The payment must be completed within 3 days.
Return Policy :
Please note that we do not accept returns. Customer satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. We recommend you to fully inspect the product before making the purchase. However, for our apparel items, we do accept returns. In such cases, you may contact us through [email protected]
